This exhibition establishes a subtle yet profound dialogue between traditional Renaissance techniques and the expanded possibilities of generative art, artificial intelligence, and code.

Marco’s academic background in Fine Arts, marked by countless hours spent in churches studying the old masters, has left a lasting imprint on his artistic vision. That foundational experience is now reinterpreted through a contemporary lens—one shaped by digital culture, technology, and new media.

From the outset, the curatorial approach was guided by a shared intuition: to reimagine the gallery space as a church—a site of contemplation, ritual, and symbolic resonance. Suspended from the glass ceiling, a constellation of colored pixels recalls the aesthetics of stained glass windows. On sunny days, they project shifting hues onto the artworks, enveloping them in a dynamic chromatic atmosphere that evolves throughout the day.

On the lower floor, veiled in golden fabrics and framed by digital compositions, the artist has created a sound installation that merges ecclesiastical choral music with contemporary digital noise—glitches, static, and sonic ruptures that disrupt and ground the experience in the present.

The upper and lower levels are in constant conversation, connected through the light projections of the digital stained glass. Together, they construct an immersive environment that echoes the reverence and intensity Marco once felt in sacred spaces—now refracted through the language of today’s visual technologies.
